CHILDREN'S BOOK COLLECTION.

As a hair braider, I have cultivated 8 years worth of experience, knowledge and community connection through my work.

I have come across many people from many walks of life. However, the one thing that has stood out to me is the overwhelming amount of issues CHILDREN face, believe it or not! I braid little girls' hair who hold insecurities towards their natural hair, or tell me the problems they face in school.

My aim as someone who can reach them on a personal level is to change that narrative and encourage self-confidence for all ages! Each book is named after a young client of mine, as my way of giving back to the community.

Our books teach young girls how to love their natural hair, and in doing so - will instill within them the values of becoming a confident, resilient and wise young woman.
